Vegan Mushroom Scallops

Serves: 2

Good For: Lunch, Dinner

Vegan

Enjoy this fried cauliflower dish by Kaneda Pen ( Chef Director of MAMAPEN). Served with our organic long-grain jasmine rice, this dish brings vibrant yet earthy notes from the kroueng marinade. The coating is generously spiced and will stay crispy even when cooled while the holy basil salsa verde provides a wonderfully zingy contrast to the spice.
